Currently, I help run one of the nation's leading lead abatement and tank repair contractors serving nuclear and fossil/hydro power plant tank terminals, chemical plants, paper mills and the petroleum, chemical and water tank industries.”

“My career has spanned 30 years in the U.S. Navy as an aviator. I had five commands including an all weather attack squadron, supply ship, aircraft carrier, carrier battle group and Battle Force Fifth Fleet. ​Ashore, I directed operations, plans and policy for the U.S. Atlantic Fleet and was responsible for training and deploying 175,000 personnel. After the Navy, I served as general manager of the Harley Owners Group (HOG), with 1.2 million members worldwide. I was delighted to return to NC State to engage with our outstanding alumni. Go Pack!”
