Attendees arriving at the annual Sisterhood Dinner glance toward tables set with flowers and elegant place settings and quickly realize they’ve stepped into a very special event.
Held every year to celebrate the accomplishments of NC State women, the Sisterhood Dinner provides a night of fine dining, education and entertainment for hundreds of attendees. Enjoyed by NC State women and plenty of other guests, the night is highly anticipated each spring.
The theme of this year’s dinner is “Speaking Truth through Our Stories” with a keynote by Mandy Carter, a 51-year veteran of social, racial and LGBTQ justice and activism. The event will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 in the State Ballroom, Talley Student Union. The dinner is sponsored by the Council on the Status of Women, NC State Foundation and the NC State Women’s Center. Table registration is $300 for eight seats. Individual registration is $35 per seat. Register by Friday, February 16, 2018. |
