It has a population of and a employment of (%).<\/p>\n<p>The county seat is Dunn, located about 40 minutes from NC State&#8217;s main campus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Central Carolina Community College serves Harnett, Chatham and counties.
