Shouldn’t someone have told the construction crew that we insist on red sheathing – not green? Oh well, regardless of the color, the chancellor’s residence is really coming along. The windows have been installed, along with the beautiful balcony. When we dropped by today, crews were out there hard at work in the hot afternoon sun. We tip our hardhats to them. It’s great to see such progress… especially during what’s been called one of the hottest summers in North Carolina history!
