I think that being part of this cluster has meant that the people who I need to work with on a daily basis are actually right around the hall. They’re right here with me. My work is inherently interdisciplinary, so traditional department structures don’t necessarily work for who I need to see day to day. So, being here in the cluster, I have access to the person who is the expert in the chemistry aspect of it, the genetics aspect of it, the bioinformatics, statistics -- it’s all right here. When I have a question on a subject I don’t know, I can just go down the hall. So the barrier to asking a question is essentially zero.
