Talley Groundbreaking Event
August 16 couldn't have been more perfect for an outdoor celebration commemorating the groundbreaking for the Talley Student Center project. More than 400 students, faculty, staff, former students, board of trustees and dignitaries came out for the event, which featured remarks from Chancellor Woodson, SBP Chandler Thompson, SCBOD President Jonathon Smith, and Former SCBOD President Marycobb Randall.

To give students an idea of what's to come, we created a video piece unveiling the model.
Farewell to Talley North Plaza
Students, faculty and staff gathered to say goodbye to the North Plaza on May 3, 2011. The event was an opportunity for the campus community to enjoy food and entertainment, take a picture by the Fountain or just relax on the lawn prior to construction on the new Talley.

Model Photos-March 2011

Open House
Students attended an open house at Duda/Paine, the architects for the renovation, to discuss the project and review the latest renderings.
