Renovation and Expansion Projects

Campus Enterprises is responsible for many initiatives that affect the university community on and off campus. One of the most significant initiatives currently underway is the Talley Student Center Renovation & Addition, which began Summer 2011 and will be completed in late 2014. Duda Paine Architects has designed a modern and inviting, student-oriented space for the new center that will serve many generations to come.

Other major initiatives include the Carol Poole Clubhouse at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course, Centennial Town Center Development, Hillsborough Street Development, and Hotel and Conference Center Development.
